my name is Star Jesse Taylor and this is my school. The main intention of this school is to give you your power back. Right now a lot of actions you do are based on you being pulled in by emotions and thoughts. When you feel anxiety or lonely you might binge watch Tik Tok, Instagram, Netflix and Hulu. You might take pharmaceutical drugs, cannabis or anyone other substance to get rid of the anxiety or any emotion you feel.
All of these actions are not conscious actions but reactions to your emotions. No one ever taught you how to create emotional fitness which creates a space to have a healthy relationship with feelings. Emotional fitness is similar to physical fitness. When you work out and do sports your body gets more muscular and more fit to handle the physical challenges you encounter.
In this school you will get more muscular emotionally to be able to not waste a big part of your life and money fighting with emotions and thoughts. With that emotional muscle you will create the ability to create healthy relationships, build career successes and express yourself creatively.
